Terms & Conditions

Order, the earlier the better :

1. Customer Name,  phone no., e-mail address, Identification and representative name and phone no (if any).
2. Provide cake flavor, size in kg, shape of the cake, theme, date and wording on the cake.
3. Buttercream  – order 3-4 days earlier
4. Edible image (provide reference image) – order 14 days earlier
5. Fondant & 3D figurine (customization-provide reference)  – at least order 14 days earlier, subject to approval or alternative suggestions.
6. Cupcakes – above 100 pcs – order 7 days earlier.

Payment:

1. 100%  to confirm order, 50% deposit  for orders exceeding RM300.
2. Additional Delivery Service charges based on Area zone, refer delivery zone charges.
3. Changes in order must be made before 5 days prior collection, no amendment 4 days prior to collection.

Cancellation:

1. No refunds for cancellation of orders under any circumstances.
2. No refund for decreased in orders by customers.

Collection / Delivery:

1. Please present your payment slip upon collection or receiving.
2. Must collect at confirmed time.
3. Uncollected orders will be discarded after 5 days.
4. For own collection, we will not held responsible for any damage caused by improper handling by customer.
5. Customer must provide a proper address for delivery and must be available for receiving, waiting time for not more than 1 hour at provided premises.
